Welcome to the Hamilton-Wentworth Student Transportation Services (HWSTS)
website!
HWSTS was formed by the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School
Board and the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board and is responsible for
the provision of Safe, Effective and Efficient transportation services to
eligible students for both Partner Boards.
Our organization provides student
transportation services to approximately 28,000 students and 170 individual
schools throughout the district. We utilize a number of transportation modes
that includes traditional yellow-and-black school buses, school purpose vans and
the Hamilton Street Railway Transit. Our current school-purpose fleet size is
approximately 460 vehicles that travel approximately 35,000 kilometres daily
during the school year.

Transportation information for the upcoming school year will be available in late August. At that time you will be directed to login to our new Parent Portal to view transportation details.

Planning on Using Student Transportation In 2022-2023?
You may have opted out of bussing for the current school year, but would like to resume using transportation services for the upcoming school year. If this is the case, we encourage you to contact HWSTS before the end of June so that we may reassign your child(ren).
